6 WEEK MINDSET TRAINING COURSE

The purpose of our life on this planet is fulfilling intentions with no regard for outcome.  Doing this, the outcome will be bigger than any other goal you can imagine. You will learn how to bring this into everything; sport, work, life, family, and relationships. In 6 weeks, you will live a life by design, discover your blindspots, shift perspective and gain optimism.

Course Outline

Week 1
Vision Purpose; What do you want?
Barriers will be explored
Timeline and Action Plan embedded

Week 2
Identifying and Understanding your Belief Systems
Our belief systems get in the way of moving forward, by uncovering these, you will gain personal power

Week 3
Mindfulness- bringing awareness into your daily life
Shifting Perspective; real challenges will be confronted

Week 4
Creating a Confident and optimistic mindset
Confidence is a learned behaviour, independent of results

Week 5
Resilience/True Grit
Bounce back is critical and challenges offer the opportunity for growth

Week 6
Think Well, perform well. Your mind is your most powerful ally
A Peak Performance Visualisation will be created

Meetings are once/week for 90 minutes for 1-1 coaching. There will be a strong foundation of commitment, action and accountability, this will be the cornerstone of our work together.

A little about me…
I have been coaching for over 20yrs and have competed internationally as a downhill ski racer, mountain bike stage racer, and triathlete . Through working with high performing athletes, I have discovered their secrets to high  performance and the headspace required to be successful.
The wisdom and knowledge that I have gained over the years in dealing with these remarkable people is now embedded into this 6 week mindset training course.
